The Governor in Shida Kartli together with the representatives of the Agency of Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development awarded 361 excellent pupils being at the basic level in the four municipalities of the region. The pupils were presented with portable computers. ,,I am glad that there are a lot of pupils with the status of excellent ones and I was personally given a chance to congratulate you. You are the future of our country, that’s why it is very important to be  excellent not only today, but after finishing schools and universities, as well in order to make our country better with the help of your knowledge and talent. Education carries the most importance, I know that you know this well, too and  not only as the Governor of the region, but as an ordinary citizen of our country, I’m greatly bargaining on you. My congratulation once more and wish all the best,-‘’ Giorgi Khojevanishvili addressed to the gathered young people.  
The goal of the project is to increase pupil’s motivation and to enhance learning/teaching methods based on informational-communicative technologies. Increasing of availability of modern technologies gives more chances to the talented, hard-working teenagers to achieve their successes.
