New modern Judo hall was opened in Gori, Kombinati settlement, which was built by Judo development fund. The event was attended by the Minister of sport and Youth Affairs Tariel Khechikashvili, Deputy Minister Shalva Gogoladze, Chairman of the Sports and Youth Affairs Committee Mikheil Kavelashvili, the president of Judo federation Davit Kevkhishvili, Acting Governor of Shida Kartli Ioseb Okromelidze with the Mayor of the City of Gori. Minister spoke to judokas and after he presented a sport outfits. Judo hall is equipped with the latest standards and all the conditions exist for training: changing rooms, showers and new tatames. In this stage 50 young people are trained there. Moreover, Sport hall was built with the assistant of Judo development fund and its supportive companies as ‘’Zedazeni’’ and ‘’PSP’’. Judo federation is planning to develop the adjacent to the hall, gym, swimming pool and the hotel arrangement. This sport hall will serve to sportsmen from other region as well.
