The main topic of the meeting for the Governor in Shida Kartli with the representatives of the Rugby Union of Georia, was the achievements of Gori Rugby team ‘’Jikebi’’ and its future  plans. They discussed about developing strategies  of this kind of sports in the region. Gaioz Moniava, President of Georgia Rugby Union Regional Development, introduced to the Governor in Shida Kartli the needs and perspective for making the rugby lifestyle more active at large.
In  turn, Giorgi  Khojevanishvili said that he is ready to facilitate all those initiations which will be important to make young generation get interested in sports and establish a healthy lifestyle.
