In the framework of the campaign "Take Care of Your Health Together" free medical research was conducted for the residents of Akhrisi village and adjacent villages near the occupation line of Gori municipality. The locals were consulted by doctors of different profile at the Eristavi National Center for Experimental and Clinical Surgery. In addition to therapeutic, cardiological, endocrinological and ophthalmologic exams , the population was also required to undergo echoscopic examinations.
Giorgi Khojevanishvili,-the State Representative in Shida kartli and his deputy Nugzar Samkharadze attended the activity of the free medical examinations. According to the State Representative, the activities of free medical examinations have already been intensively going on for some months in the villages of Shida Kartli region. The population has a an opportunity to get a desirable service free of charge in their villages.
The medicines which were prescribed by the doctors, were given to the patients free of charge within the activity.
