Giorgi Khojevanishvili,-the State Representative in Shida Kartli, Simon Guledani,-the Firs Deputy of the State Representative, Konstantine Tavzarashvili,-the Mayor of Gori Municipality, the authorities of Educational Resource Centre and local self-government attended the opening ceremony of the school.
The government authorities congratulated the teachers and students on coming back to the rehabilitated school. Symbolic presents were given to the merited teachers. .
Toilets were repaired, electrical wiring was replaced, classrooms and corridors were rehabilitated, an outdoor playground was arranged and the school yard was faced in stone.
At the scale of Shida kartli, the public schools both in the towns and villages, have undergone minor rehabilitation. 81 projects were implemented at 67 schools within the project and 4 250 000 GEL was spent. Toilets, roofs, heating systems, doors and windows and electrical wiring were replaced at the educational institutions. Outdoor playgrounds were arranged and yards were faced in stone at some schools.
