Another agrarian market will be opened in Khashuri in Shida Kartli region. Giorgi Khojevanishvili, Representative of Shida Kartli, Solomon Pavliashvili, Deputy Minister of
Environment and Agriculture, Giorgi Guraspashvili, Mayor of Khashuri Municipality and representatives of the National Food Agency visited the trade establishment and got
acquainted with the market situation. The recommendations of the National Food Agency are fully complied with on the territory of the agrarian market. Consequently,
traders will be able to resume operations in full compliance with the regulations. In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the market administration is obliged to ensure the
protection of the flow of customers, for which the entrance and exit of the trade facility are separated by indicating the relevant signs.
Also, the disinfection of the territory of the trade object will be carried out intensively. Traders will carry out activities with face masks and gloves. Adherence to established
rules will be strictly controlled.
As part of the gradual easing of restrictions imposed by the state of emergency, open-type agrarian markets in Georgia have been allowed to resume operations since April 27. However, it is mandatory for them to comply with the recommendations
developed by the Ministry of Health and the National Food Agency.
