The active governor, Ioseb Okromelidze with the deputy, Amiran Shavshishvili visited Village Kvemo Nikozi, Municipality of Gori. The meeting was held in the center of the village whereas active governor answered the questions about the “Alpine Regions law”.
The active governor paid attention on the criteria which defines alpine settlement status. Kvemo Nikozi village cannot meet the criteria with the existing data to get alpine settlement status. Though, disputed criteria will be studied again in the nearest future to check the decision rightness.
