In Tkviavi Community Center , organized by the British Council, young people will learn the English language without leaving the village and the English language teachers will undergo professional retraining.  Justin McKenzie Smith,-Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Georgia, Giorgi Khojevanishvili,-Governor in Shida Kartli, Soso Giorgadze,-the Head of the State Services development Agency, Lia Gigauri,- the Deputy Minister of the State Ministry for Reconciliation and Civic Equality in Georgia and Zaza Purtseladze,-Director of the organization ‘’British Council Georgia’’ attended the presentation of the project in Tkviavi Community Center.

The Community Center was selected due to its modern infrastructure and technological advantages. The modern building of the Centre is equipped with computers, wireless Internet network, reading halls and meeting rooms.
