Uplistsikhe Museum-Reserve will resume visitors' services in terms of domestic tourism from this week. The National Agency for the Protection of Cultural Heritage is ready to gradually open the space in full compliance with health recommendations. In addition, in order to stimulate the increase in tourist flows, the agency will change the tariff rates for services in the museum-reserve and will halve the ticket price for visitors for the next 3 months.

Shida Kartli State Representative Giorgi Khojevanishvili, together with Nikoloz Antidze, Director of the Cultural Heritage and Monument Protection Agency, and Mariam Kvrivishvili, Head of the National Tourism Registry, visited the facilities in the region that visitors will be able to visit from June 20.

Also, in the near future, the Graclian Archaeological Museum will be fully operational, which will be equipped with modern multimedia exhibits. Skhvilo Castle, restored with various attractions and original attractions, will be added to the tourist routes. Rehabilitation and museum arrangement works on the mentioned facilities are in the implementation stage and their completion is planned this year.
