Shida Kartli State Representative Giorgi Khojevanishvili met with the representatives of the United States Agency for International Development's Economic Security Program. The purpose of the meeting was to plan tourist routes in the region within the framework of cooperation between the regional administration and the agency. The consultant of the agency Olaf Marvel will develop the tourist routes of Shida Kartli during the next 3 months, where all the cultural and tourist objects located in the region will be gathered.

This time we are jointly planning to plan tourist routes in the region and, in general, to promote tourism in Shida Kartli.  I think it will be an interesting project that will significantly increase the tourism potential of our region, "- said the State Representative.
