My upcoming Christmas and New Year congratulation to all Georgia and particularly to Shida Kartli population.  Also I would like to congratulate the families living at the villages of the occupation line and refuges who are meeting the new Year far from their native villages. I wish 2019 were  for our country unification and brought happiness, successes, peace and kindness for you and your families.
Last year was successful for our region. We implemented lots of important projects , though we need many more attempts for making a better future.  I am sure that 2019 will be the year of our region’s development and advancement. We must do this  all together, with common desire and common effort.
