Giorgi Kjojevanishvili,-the State Representative in Shida Kartli, Shalva Kereselidze,-the State Representative in Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Besik Amiranashvili,-the State Representative in Samtskhe-Javakheti signed the memorandum for cooperation in tourism.

The regions will work together for promoting tourism and planning tourist activities.  This will facilitate sharing of innovations in tourism, improving tourism infrastructure, popularization of historic and culturally important facilities in the region, which in turn will attract more tourists.

 According to Giorgi Khojevinashvili, cooperation of regions is important and necessary to ensure the maximum potential of each municipality's tourism potential. Cooperation and promotion of the regions will significantly improve the development of this sphere.
