The road rehabilitation of the villages of Tsinarekhi-Kvatakhevi is on in the Kaspi Municipality

Rehabilitation of 4.5 km road rehabilitation is on in the villages of Tsinarekhi-Kvatakhevi in the Kaspi Municipality which is being implemented by the Road and Highways Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia with the financial support  of the World Bank.    This road connects two villages with each other and goes to Kvatakhevi monastery complex. 

Maia Tskitishvili,-the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and Giorgi Khojevanishvili,-the State Representative of Shida Kartli looked round the working process. 

  The road to Tsinarekhi-Kavtiskhevi had significantly been damaged for many years and the population had to move through the soil road. The existing issues will be solved within the project and the road will be fully rehabilitated. Constructing of asphalt-concrete cover, one bridge and artificial structures, drainage channels are included.         Also, autopavillions, road markings and metal stripes will be arranged to mark the roadway.   The works are now in the stage of completion.

Tsinarekhi-Kvatakhevi road rehabilitation is being implemented within the framework of the Internal and Local Road Rehabilitation III Project (SLRP III). The works began in November 2018 and will be completed in August of this year.
