The works of public services and amenities are going on intensively in Gori. Giorgi Khojevanishvili,-the State Representative of Shida Kartli, Konstantine Tavzarashvili,-the Mayor of the town, Ioseb  Makrakhidze-a majoritarian MP and the representatives of the local government, visited the process.  
The works are being done by the Department of organization of public services and amenities of the Gori Municipality  within which frame  arranging of  small gardens and planting of trees and shrubs are going on. Pavements and fences are being rehabilitated, the undergrounds have also been completely arranged.  Decorative pots have been put in the center of Gori where various kinds of flowers have been planted. The land at the bottom of the plants of the pavements,  was covered with a special cover-red mulch.

‘’It is very important  that the town to be arranged as for the locals as for our guests. Especially the summer is coming and the number of tourists is clear. The department of organization of public services and amenities is actively working in this field, it is arranging small gardens, undergrounds and other existing infrastructure.  Extra plants and flowers are being planted which make our town more beautiful. Besides this, it is planned to draw traffic signs which will support the locals and citizens’ safe movement, in general’’-noted Giorgi Khojevanishvili.
