Under the leadership of Giorgi Khojevanishvili, A special staff meeting was held at the Shida Kartli Representative Administration regarding Coronavirus under the leadership of Giorgi Khojevanishvili.      

     The special meeting was focused on  the implementation of the restrictions imposed by the state of emergency, the situation in the agrarian markets, the process of thermoscreening of citizens and the measures taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus.    The state Representative also listened to the information about the persons fined for violating the requirements established by the state of emergency.      

      At the meeting, the members of the headquarters decided to close 6 agrarian markets in Shida Kartli.    Closing of of trading objects  aims to minimize the risks of the spread of coronavirus.    The Prime Minister got involved in the meeting of the headquarters through a video conference, during which Giorgi Gakharia discussed with the heads of the regions the implementation of the restrictions imposed within the framework of the state of emergency.

Leaders of the regions also received instructions from the head of government to be fully prepared for the compliance of the thermoscreening process and the hospital sector, including the mobilization of the primary health care system and family and rural doctors.
