Agrarian market which is located in Tsminda Tskali settlement will resume working
tomorrow. The recommendations of the National Food Agency are fully protected at the
trading facility. Giorgi Khojevanishvili,-the State Representative of Shida Kartli, Solomon
Pavliashvili, -Deputy Minister of Environment and Agriculture, Konstantine
Tavzarashvili,- Mayor of Gori Municipality, representatives of the National Food Agency
and the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture visited the agrarian market.
They got acquinted to the situation at the market, how preperad it is for farmers and
customers.
The market administration is obliged to ensure the protection of the flow of customers in
order to prevent infection with COVID 19, for which the entrance and exit of the trade
facility are separated by indicating the relevant signs.
Also, the disinfection of the territory of the trade object should be carried out intensively,
after the resumption of the functioning of the market, the buyers will not be allowed in
the area without a face mask and disposable gloves. Adherence to established rules
will be strictly controlled.
As part of the gradual easing of restrictions imposed by the state of emergency, open-
type agrarian markets in Georgia have been allowed to resume operations since April
27. However, it is mandatory for them to comply with the recommendations developed
by the Ministry of Health and the National Food Agency.
