In order to access vocational education, the construction of a vocational college building in Kaspi Municipality has been completed, and the construction project has recently moved to the final level of equipping the building with material and technical resources. This constructing infrastructural project was implemented by the financial supporting of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and an active engagement of the local self-government
The Deputy of the Minister of Education,Science, Culture and Sport,-Tamar Kitiashvili, Shida Kartli State Representative Giorgi Khojevanishvili and Irakli Mezurnishvili,- the MP from Kaspi, visited the new vocational college together with the authorities of the local self-government and the Minsitry.
The three-storey modern building for 200 students is fully adapted for people with disabilities and meets international standards. The total cost of the project is 4,272,794.87 GEL.
Based on the leadership of the regional administration, the majoritarian MP and active communication with the private sector, a number of professional programs have been identified which will be introduced at the college: an electric welding, a turner’s profession,
a high voltage electricity, electrical montage works, aan operator-driver of a crane, veterinary science, a tractor operator, a gardener, a fruit-grower and etc. The college will be ready to admit the first-year students for training programs in autumn, 2020.
For the first time this year, the registration period for vocational education programs has been increased and you can register for the desired program from May 20 to August 10 with the remote support of colleges and / or online:
