Rehabilitation works in the region continue in an intensive mode. Shida Kartli Stete Representative Giorgi Khojevanishvili, his First Deputy  Simon Guledani, Gori Municipality Mayor Konstantine Tavzarashvili and local self-government representatives inspected the 506-meter rehabilitation works on Chavchavadze Avenue in Gori.     

The project is co-financed by a fund to be implemented in the regions and its cost is up to half a million GEL.   The project envisages full rehabilitation of the section of the road from Agmashenebeli Avenue to Razmadze Street. The works are scheduled to be completed in July this year.
