Students of Okami Public School will start the New Academic year in rehabilitated school

In 2015, Millennium Challenge Account-Georgia, in order to improve learning environment, started rehabilitation of schools in the rural areas of Georgia. On the first stage up to 30 public schools will be rehabilitated from Mtskheta –Mtianeti, Shida Kartli and Samtskhe –Javakheti regions. Among them is Village Okami public school, Kaspi Municipality with 600 pupils. Currently, 400 students are enrolled in this school, but school administration believes that after school rehabilitation the number of students would significantly be increased. For three years school bus serves to school students.
