Drinking water and natural gas was not provided until now, in the Village of NIkozi, situated near the demarcation line.  Above-mentioned factors were severely affected on local’s social life.

At present, every family is provided with natural gas and drinking water during 24 hours. Irrigation system has been improved. Furthermore, new kindergarten was opened where children from different villages could receive pre-school education.

Local population is thinking to start their own micro and macro businesses through the state programs, the write the projects and looking forward for so-called start-up findings.

Within the program ‘’Produce in Georgia’’ new Georgian bakery will be opened soon in the centre of the village, where the local population will be employed.

The agricultural works of the farmers with small land plots within the framework of “spring, 2016 works support project’’, was carried out in this village. Dozens of hectares of land was cultivated.
