Within the framework of programme ‘’Produce in Georgia’’, the new Georgian bakery was opened in the village of Nikozi Gori Municipality. Initially five local residents will be employed at the bakery. In the future the owner is planning to expand the bakery and employ more people. The representatives of the program “Produce in Georgia“and the deputy of State Representative-Governors Davit Jolbordi attended the opening of the project.

According to the officials, the State will also support and foster micro and small businesses as well as the so-called start-up activities in the future. The above-mentioned project had been financed with 80% by the State after which the oven and some special equipment for the bakery were purchased.

The local residents of the village consider the opening of the bakery as timely and necessary decision as before that, bread was delivered late at Nikozi shop, and as the part of the population explain, the locals start their activities early in the village.

The winner beneficiary thanked to the program representatives who were attending the event for the assistance and promised the fellow citizens to provide them with quick and qualitative service.
