Public lecture was held within the framework of European days about the importance of Euro Integration lead by Archil Karaulashvili, the first deputy of the State Minister of Georgia on European & Euro-Atlantic Integration in Gori.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy of State-Representatives Governor of Shida Kartli Guram Macharashvili and Gori Mayor Zurab Jirkvelishvili.
There were discussed the main issues like the essence of EU, Georgian-EU cooperation and perspectives, association agreement and visa liberalization process.
Public school representatives decorated corners of the EU member countries, so there were represented values and cultures of the European countries, like national clothe and dishes.
The meeting was organized by the society “Biliki” and LEPL “Information center on NATO and EU”. European days in Georgia started on May 8 and will last till May 24.
