Acting Governor of Shida Kartli Ioseb Okromelidze together with Gori Municipality representatives visited village Karaleti and met the local population. The meeting was focused on the current conditions and problems of the village. According to the local population the works on gasification, metering and establishment of street lighting significantly improved their daily life. They also mentioned about the benefits of the infrastructural projects implemented in the region. During the conversation population mentioned the problem of waste products pollution at the beginning of spring water. Acting governor with the local government officials discussed the situation and stated that issues discussed on the meeting will be the main priorities of local and central authorities. ‘’However, for the citizens it is important to contribute their own involvement together with the government. Step by step all the problems will be solved’’ – stated the Governor.
