State Representative –Governor in Shida Kartli and depute Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Mr Ilia Begiashvili visited  drainage water system management-rehabilitation works near the square of Gori Painting School and Kakhniashvili street crossing. The works are funded by the local budget together with the projects to be implemented in the regions and its total cost amounts to around GEL 712 000. The Monitoring Team of the Ministry is keeping  on getting familiar with  the current and completed  projects in Shida Kartli at the site in parallel regime. The Monitoring Team visited to the completed work in Tbilisi street. Its total cost amounts to round GEL 448 000.

Later the Governor and deputy of Minister got familiar with the issue of the kindergarten building in Sadguri suburb. The contract  with the constructing company has been terminated due to the term for completion of the building. The duplicated tender was announced on the 30^th August this year,which will be opened by the end.’’ It is important for us that the projects will be due to the full standards together with the populations’ needs. Nowadays, there are some ongoing projects for infrastructure as in the villages as in Gori and our goal is that the rehabilitated projects as a result of the completed works must be qualitative and safe for the population’’,-said the Governor.

770 infrastructural projects are financed  by the fund of the projects to be implemented in the region due to scales of Georgia in  2018 and their total cost amounts to around to GEL 250 mln.  40 projects among them were implemented in Shida Kartli and their total cost amounts to around GEL 20 mln.
