This Memorandum of inter-cooperation has been drawn up in relation to the roles and the responsibilities to popularize European integration, European association agreement and Visa liberalization issues.  The head of “Social communication Kartlos”, Megi Bibiluri mentioned that tight contacts between the government office and NGO would support forming of state vision on the international level. The active Governor of Shida Kartli, Ioseb Okromelidze said, that it would be the additional opportunity for the regional population to get the information easily about the European values. There was mentioned that Governors administration maximally would support every initiative according to the state vision.
